American Historical Significance

In the 1760’s a revolution began against the British because of the mistreatment and unfair taxation of the colonies to support Britain in the war against the French.

In the absence of constructive action from colonial representatives to the crown, cities emerged as the places of prosperity and hope of our nation.  These metropolis areas took tremendous strides to grow jobs, and remake our economies for future generations.

In metropolis regions across the colonies citizens and local leaders helped improve the skill level of roaming nomads looking for permanency and fulfilling of an American Dream… this was the Metropolitan Revolution.

The metropolitan revolution has emerged because of a deep recession and political dissatisfaction with the status quo. Places like Boston, Philadelphia and New York had become the bedrock of civil unrest, crying for independence from a monarchial structure stagnating the American Dream. These revolutionaries are not trying to tear down an old regime as before but trying to build something of lasting value for the future of the people.

The metropolis’ will lead and soon the will follow. It is the genesis of our government, by the people and for the people and we must maintain our vigilance.
